Brian Bessler was wonderful to work with. We have never sold a house before and he was very patient and thorough in his explanation of the process. He was also very knowledgeable about the market and quick to post the property at an accurate price point. Communication was consistent and excellent. Brian responded to any questions we had or that the potential buyer or Realtor may have had. Brian was always very calm and courteous. A few days before closing there was a skunk problem at the property, which we took care of. Brian took it upon himself to deodorize the house for the new owner because he wanted to hand it over to them in the best possible condition. All in all, the process of selling my sister’s house was smooth and nearly stress free and I attribute that to Brian’s professionalism and calm approach.
