I can’t praise Brian enough for his part in selling our house. He provided the push I needed to get started on an overwhelming clean out of 50+ years accumulation, knew the right people to get the jobs done, knew the housing market and how/when to get many showings, and when the offers came in he was able to provide guidance as to the ones that would most likely result in a successful sale.
